What Makes a Client Qualified
A Qualified Client refers to a customer who meets specific requirements, ensuring that they are both legitimate and engaged, allowing affiliates to earn their full commissions. These criteria are set by Luminex to maintain the integrity of the program, prevent fraud, and guarantee that affiliates are rewarded for referring genuinely active users.
Here’s what defines a Qualified Client:
Important Note - Affiliates are not allowed to open accounts using their own referral links, nor can they refer family members. If an affiliate or their relatives do so, they will not qualify for commissions related to those accounts.
Legal Age
The client must be above the legal age in their jurisdiction to use the platform.
New Registration
The client should not have previously registered with Luminex or its associated entities.
Eligible Location
The client must not reside in a restricted country or region as defined by Luminex Ltd.
Initial Deposit
The client needs to make the required deposit amount to start trading or using the platform.
Active Engagement
Luminex must receive a minimum commission (e.g., from spreads or other applicable fees) to verify the client's engagement with the platform.
Verified Identity
The client must submit valid KYC (Know Your Customer) documents to comply with regulatory standards.
Client Agreement
The client must agree to the company’s terms and conditions, ensuring they understand the platform’s rules and obligations.
No Fraudulent Activities
The client must be a legitimate individual, with no history of fraudulent activity or intent to manipulate the system.
AML Approval
The client must pass the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) checks conducted by the company’s compliance department.
Fraud Prevention and Commission Protection Policy
Luminex takes fraud prevention seriously and reserves the right to withhold affiliate commissions if fraudulent activity or a breach of the affiliate agreement is suspected. If any irregularities are detected, the company may delay payments for up to 90 days while the situation is thoroughly investigated.
Should an affiliate engage in fraudulent behavior, Luminex has the authority to terminate the affiliate agreement immediately. In such cases, the affiliate will forfeit any earned commissions and will no longer be eligible for future payouts.
Additionally, if the company determines that any commissions already paid were earned through fraudulent activity, it has the right to reduce or reclaim those payments. Luminex is committed to maintaining the integrity of its affiliate program and will take appropriate action against any affiliate found to be violating the program's rules. This includes withholding commissions and terminating the affiliate relationship when necessary.
The company’s actions ensure a fair and transparent environment for all affiliates and uphold the quality of the affiliate program.
